This collection of photographs, drawings and website design are both inspired, as well as, fueled by the hand picked plants selected by both Broadway Terrace and Yarrow Nursery every week. All content being utilized on both nursery social media accounts and websites are uniquely curated to give each nursery it’s own aesthetic and feel.
Every week brings new and oftentimes rare plants to discover. I enjoy photographing, editing and capturing the fun environment both nurseries have fostered over the years.
Broadway Terrace
Broadway Terrace has been around for 30+ years and holds and strong connection with its neighbors and newcomers alike. Both the indoor and outdoor shop often resembles a lush, bright and full jungle, with plants from floor to ceiling and so many varieties to explore. The team there is spunky, fun and always brings the best energy into the space, which they strive to not only fuel into the customers experience, but within the life of each plant. My weekly goal is to try and capture that through digital content creation and to share their good energy, and vast plant knowledge to others.

Yarrow
Yarrow Nursery is a beautifully unique and tranquil place to visit and learn about all things plants. Nestled amongst the redwoods in the hills of Oakland, Yarrow has thrived within its new neighborhood. The quaint indoor plant shop is the perfect place to get that much needed boost of serotonin, while the outdoor plant park leaves you wondering quietly amongst nature. The team at Yarrow are extremely knowledgeable, intentional and kind, which I work hard to capture each week.
